Terry picked me up and brought me to Scott new house!

So I land in Paris at 4:45 am from Japan (13 hours flight), went Home, Put my bike together, went at the spot for a session, went back home and put my bike off! What an interesting day! :) Whatever, I'm ready to fly tomorrow!

Smell Like end... Japan trip day 12

So Today it was kinda my last real day in Tokyo... F-It!
Whatever, This morning I said Bye bye to Ucchie because he had to leave to USA today (Voodoo Jam next week end). I decided to go to practice alone... But I was surprised there were already some dudes riding at Ucchie's spot. I had a cool session, setting up my combos for next week end and I learned two more combo-variation, whatever you call this.
I got pretty tired and went back to Ucchie's. A huge dinner was waiting for me, Ucchie's wife and his friend Yuta cooked me a cool typical Japanese dinner for my last days.
We eventually went at the cinema. It was pretty hard to follow the movie in english because thoses UK peoples got a terrible THICK accent! ahahha whatever it was fun.
Right now I'm drinking a beer trying to fall asleep, I hate jetlag!! my flight is tommorow afternoon back to France!

Aujourd'hui c'était ma dernière "vrai journée" à Tokyo... Fuck!
Bref, ce matin j'ai dit au revoir au Ucchie qui devait prendre son avion direction la Nouvelle Orléans, USA. Et oui, la voodoo Jam le week end prochain!
Donc du coup, je me suis motivé à partir rouler tous seul, belle surprise en arrivant, il y'avait déjà des riders sur le spot, Cool. Bonne session façon Japon, des nouveaux tricks, du fun, des crashs... Blah Blah Blah
Fatigué, je me redirige chez Ucchie, et là BAMMM sa femme et un pote à lui m'avait préparé une bête de diner! Tradition Japonaise, c'était la dernière soirée, il fallait fêter ça!
Après ça un coup au cinéma, mais putain c'était dur de suivre le film en anglais, les Rosbeef ont un accent de OUF!!Mais bon c'était marrant.
Là je me suis balancé sur une petite binche histoire de trouver le sommeil, merci le décalage horaire... Demain, Avion dans l'après midi!

Japan whatever days..

Thoses are the last couple of days of the Really bad thing tour in Japan.
Yesterday we went to Mt Fuji for the "Super American Festival". It was sooo crazy, many americans cars, Drifts with Dragster, Camaro Races... AND a Bmx Flatland Team Contest. 8 team entered (UGP, KGB, ST MARTIN, OTOKOGI BIKES, 430, ARES, MAGIC FRUIT and ABADTHING).
1 Team of two riders battling with another team. 50 second+50 second for each team. The first 50 second, one of the rider had to do a normal contest run, and the other 50 second was dedicated to "team combination" so This was the funny part.
Judges were te crowd, the event organiser, the MC, and Yanmar, so the result went kinda weird, but we had fun.
Ucchie and me did the first battle against the 430 team and we won. We send Alex and Raphael against the KGB team, they did a perfect job, so did KGB, but in the end KGB took the win. But we didn't stop here, Alex and Raph won the 3rd place Battle against Otokogi bkes! So cool.
The big surprise of the day, UGP team Beat KGB! Thoses was the most unknown team (one old school rider and the Time machine guy), but they were showmens so they won, congrats!!!

Well, the most funny part of the day was watching all thoses car racing and stuff, but we had to go back to Tokyo... Mt Fuji is like 90 km from Tokyo and we had a 4 hours drive! Thanks Mr traffic jam!
Whatever, It was the last dinner alltogether because Ucchie goes to USA today.
I'm going to go alone at the spot today... snifff! ahaha
I'm going back to shitty France tomorrow only for 13 hours!! Yes I have my flight to USA the day after... TSSSSS

Japan 9th Day

Today we woke up at 9 a:m because we had to shoot for abadthing Dvd in Harajuku, center of Tokyo. We did some "How to's" tricks in the morning. During that time, Elodie was at the hairdresser getting a new one. She actually put some more air on, and it looks awesome!!! Well, It was pretty crazy to do thoses How to's because the floor sucked and so many bad crashes hapenned. I was trying to show you How to pumpin' cliffangher and then my tire Blew up... What a crash I had.
Whatever It was contest time today! "Tokyo Holiday" Contest held in harajuku. The concept is dope, Urban culture from Tokyo (Skate, Fixed Gear, Bmx Fatland) in the same spot. Off course many stuff hapenned like Bunny-Hop Contest Ucchie did 90 cm! Many street riders came down and rode flatland. That's how it is in japan!
There was a flatland-Show contest. Show because judges were (in purpose) 3 cute girls from the crowd, 1 skater, 1 Fixed gear guy. the goal was to impress... It was battles, So results were kinda weird sometimes but here you go:

The we filmed again for the abadthing DVD and went back home for Nathan Jumelin's Birthday! He turned 6 today!!! Happy birthday.
Time to go to sleep, tomorow we all go to Mt FUJI for a Team Battle contest.

Japan 8th Day

Yo Yeah Yo,
We went to a Karaoké pretty much all night long last night so I was pretty hardcore to wake up this morning. And we had to cuz J-F had to go back in China... We dropped him at the rain station and headed to Ueno, which is like a part of Tokyo with a Huge Cheap Market.
We found some crazy shops (check the photos) and spent our last Yens!
Afterward we head to "Electronic city", another part of Tokyo filled with Electronic stuff to buy.
I bought a portable audio Boom box who rocks! So much power for such a lil item!
We evetueally had a dinner alltogether, went to Ucchie place and I went riding with Ucchie, Alex and Raph at the Train station. 30 min after, Cops came down and fired us. Japanese style! Guys were so kind and polite.
Whatever, time t get some sleep, tomorrow it's the "Tokyo Holiday" contest, organised by 430. Many KOG pros are there (including Martti and Viki) so It's gonna be fun. Be around there for the result tomorrow!

Yo Yeah Yo!
On s'est tous balancé sur un Karaoké hier soir qui a duré toute la nuit, donc c'était un peu délicat de se lever ce matin, Pourtant on devait parce que J-F rentrait en Chine ce matin... On l'a déposé a la gare, et puis direction Ueno. Ueno est un quartier de Tokyo avec un enorme marché aux puces, genre Clignancourt à Paris. C'était bien fou, on a trouvé une paires de shops bien classe (voire photos), et dépensé nos derniers Yens!
Après ça, direction "Electronic city", La encore c'est un quartier de Tokyo, mais rempli de trucs electrique. j'ai acheté un ampli portable pour Ipod histoire de mettre du son à Bastille pour la fin de l'été! C'est fou qu'un aussi petit truc crache autan de son!
Bref, un petit detour au resto Italien, et rentrage chez Ucchie.
Il se faisait tard, mais session quand même à la station de métro avec Ucchie, alex et Raph.
30 minutes pus tard, intervention des flics, viré du spot... Mais les mecs étaient trop cool et trop poli, Japanese style!
Il est l'heure de se reposer, demain il y'a un contest "Tokyo Holidays" organisé par 430, Il reste pas mal des pros du KOG (genre Martti et Viki) donc ça va être pas mal. resté connectez par ici pour les résultats!

Japan Trip, Day 6

Another Busy day!
This morning The reception girl woke me up at 11 a:m cuz I had to Check out... Fuck it.
Whatever, Ucchie Picked me up and we dropped Raph and his girlfriend at the train station. They 're going to Kyoto, the Touristic Japan City.
We eventually picked up Alex and Co. To go alltogether to a city called "Robot City". Actually because it's an Island close to Tokyo with a Huge Transformer Robot on It. It was pretty awesome.
After it, we all had a cool dinner and we get to a HUUUGE game center. There was like a huge half pipe where you could skate, doing 360, 540 and stuff with a huge machine. It was pretty funny and of course I beat the best score with J-F! Yeah yeah!!
3 hours later and after discovering the grand canyon, riding a fly jet and getting and a canoë on raid falls (everything virtually) I was on my way back to Ucchie house and I went riding with J-F at the train station. New tricks, good vibes, what a cool day!!

Encore une journée bien rempli!
Ce matin la receptionniste de l'hotel m'a reveillé à 11 heures pour me dire de check out.. dure.
Bahh, Ucchie vient me chercher et on dépose Raph et sa copine à la gare, Ils partent à Kyoto, une ville Touristique. On prend les Jumelins au passage direction Robot City. ça s'apelle comme ça tout simplement parceque c'est une île avec un énorme robot genre transformers dessus...
Après ça, gros repas et on est tous parti dans un GROOOS game center!! Il y'avait un énorme Half pipe avec une machine pour faire du skate. Ca a envoyé du 360, du 540, T'inquiètes! Bon, on a éclaté le best score avec J-F mais ça c'est normal!! ahah
3 heures plus tard et après avoir visité le grand canyon, fait du parachute et fait du canoë dans des cascades ( le tout virtuellement), retour chez le Ucchie. Session à la station de métro avec J-F, du nouveaux tricks et tout, une bonne journée quoi!

Japan Trip, Day 4-5

Yo It's been 2 really busy day so I'm a bit late...
Well, We have been celebrate a lot Raphael 6th Place and my first place at KOG... There was a club battle organised : World vs Japan. World was Viki Gomez, Terry Adams and Me, Japan was Ucchie, Hiro Morisake and York Uno. It was awwwwessooommme! So many good riding went down. I was a bit down due to some drink before, but World Finally won because Terry pulled like 10 Bunny Whip in a row!! We end up with J-F Boulianne (Who got naked in the club), Raphael and me in the street at 8 a:m doing shit... Everything is on the tape so get ready for some wild action for the abadthing DVD.
The following day we had to head back to Tokyo which was again a 8 hous driving. We stop by a cool beach on the way back and It was pretty good. J-F was smelling like a homeless because he didn't take his shower and didn't stop drinking the whole day. That was awesome.
We finally end up in Tokyo late in the night.
After a good rest, It was time to spend the prize money. So today we had a whole day shopping. I never seen someone like Elodie, the Alex wife before. I think she bought Billions of think she 'll never use, but whatever, this is womens!
After it, we had a cool dinner in a noodle place and went to a night spot. Great session with Alex, Raph, Ucchie, J-F, me and a Local that just get A full A bad Thing Package. He was stoked on his bike so are we!
It's like 3 am in the morning now so I have to go sleep a bit to get ready for new adventures tomorrow! Be safe!

Bon, ça a été 2 jours assez intensif disons, donc je suis un peu deadline la, mais c'est cool.
On a bien fêté la 6 ème place de Raph et ma première place au KOG. Il y'avait grosse soirée. Pour commencer, une battle World vs Japan était organisé dans le club. Le team Monde c'était Terry Adams, Viki Gomez, et Moi, contre Ucchie, York Uno et Hiro Morisake. Le spot était petit comme d'hab mais les autres ont trop bien roulé, Bon moi j'ai eu un peu des galère je savais pas qu'il y avait une démo à faire donc j'étais un peu sec, mais on a quand même gagné grace a Terry qui a mis quand même 10 Bunny whip à la suite. ça a rendu fou les japonais. On a fini avec le JF-Boulianne (Tout nu comme un ver dans le club), Raph Chiquet et Oim, dans la rue à 8 h le matin à faire de la merde... Vous inquiétez pas, tout a été filmé, donc vous feriez mieux de vous procurz le DVD A bad thing... hahaha
Bref, le Matin même il fallait rentré à Tokyo, 8 heures de route. On a fait un petit stop à la plage sur la route pour se détendre. JF sentait la cloche, c'était dingue. Il a pas pris sa douche le matin et s'est pas arrêter de boire de la journée, le top!!
On est arrivé tard à Tokyo direction l'hotel. Une bonne nuit de sommeil plus tard, c'était l'heure de dépenser le prize money. SESSION SHOPPING! Elodie est impressionante, elle a acheté tous les trucs les plus inutile des magasins. Ah les Feeemes!
Bon après, session oblige, on est allé dans un spot couvert et éclairé roulé avec JF, Alex, Raph, Ucchie, moi et un Local qui venait tout juste d'acheter un kit A bad thing. Il avait l'air super content et nous aussi. Session jusqu'a 2 h le matin. La il est 3 h environ et je vais me coucher.

J'ai gagné la finale! Je suis donc en tête du circuit après la 1 ere place à
Monaco (Ninja spin) et donc la première place ici au Japon. La troisième et
dernière manche est prévu le 1 Aout à la Nouvelle Orléans, USA.

Japan Trip, Day 2-3

So Here we go again!
I had a photo shoot for Red Bull today which was pretty funny. All the World Team including Martti Kuoppa, Viki Gomez, Yanmar, Terry Adams, Me and Flow Team Ucchie was rocking the Photo shoot.
During this time Alex and Co. were sightseing at a Huge Japanese castle. I didn't see it, I was too busy standing at the top of the Red Bull car! hehe
Then we had a dinner at a cool curry place and Head Back to Komatsu for The Prejam.

J'avais un photo shoot pour Red Bull ce matin qui était bien marrant puisque tous le team monde était là:Martti Kuoppa, Viki Gomez, Yanmar, Terry Adams, Moi et le Flow Team avec Ucchie.
Pendant ce temps, Alex et Co. faisait du tourisme dans un grand temple Japonais. j'ai rien vu de tout ça, j'étais trop occupé sur le toit de la voiture Red Bull :)
Après ça, on est tous allé déjeuner dans un restaurant de Curry et puis rentrage à Komatsu pour la Pre Jam...

Bref, Le Martti est en train de devenir complétement fou, il s'est mis en tête de faire tous ses trucs de l'époque (genre Steam roller Kickflip To Crakpacker) mais à 200 à l'heure. Ca a été l'attraction de la jam.
