This shit is based on the placebo effect. Ive seen a test on the internet, they gave these PB armbands or what to four people but from some of these armbands they removed the hologram, but they didnt knew it.And the result was the same when they had the hologram. And there were some more convincing experiments...Its just a hyped bullshit :)
