Edit on the Magnesium Health debate

I know the magnesium is bad for lungs, my mother works in a hospital AND I'm not an asshole...
What's bad in those magnesium blocks is silicium
On the box I bought, there were something that said "Silicium is bad for your health when the rate reaches 1% of silicium/ block. It also said the rate of silicium/block is 0,0034%: in NO WAY it can be bad for your lungs. I don't put pure cristalized silicium on the floor! That would be too expensive AND not healthy! I have been riding 3x 6hours in this spot and I'm not dead yet. let's see what happen tho! ahah
